Your records stay in your browser.

This summary describes the current behavior of Reseller Command Center. It is an early version of the product.

Records in the app

Reseller Command Center stores the inventory, sales and platform fee settings you enter in browser mode under a local storage key for the signed-in Tallytwig account. Browser records are not uploaded or synced to another device. Older records under the previous shared browser key are not linked to a Tallytwig account until you review them and confirm that they belong to the signed-in account. Separate account keys keep one account’s active records from appearing in another account’s workspace in the same browser.

Local records are tied to the browser where they were entered and stay in that same browser profile. Clearing that browser’s site data or switching browsers or devices can make those records unavailable there. The app provides CSV exports and a user-controlled JSON backup and restore flow.

Exports and sample records

You can export inventory, marketplace listings, sales and expenses as CSV. A JSON backup contains your real records and platform fee settings; it does not include the separate sample records. Restoring a backup previews its changes and keeps sample records separate.

Contacting Tallytwig

If you email tallytwig-d4fcz1@polsia.app, the message and the address you send from are delivered to that inbox. The retention and handling details for email and site operations require owner review.

Site visit measurement

When visitor analytics is enabled, the site stores a visitor ID in browser local storage and sends that ID and the app identifier to the configured Polsia visitor-beacon endpoint on page loads. The beacon does not include Reseller Command Center records. Analytics retention and provider-handling details need owner review.

Accounts and payments

Tallytwig accounts store account identity, verification and session information to provide sign-in, recovery and dashboard access. Product access permissions are stored separately from reseller records. For a subscription checkout, the app sends the signed-in administrator’s verified email, selected plan and price, and trusted return addresses to Polsia’s payment service. A subscription-status check uses the signed-in account’s verified email; the app does not accept another email from the browser for this check. Opening the hosted management portal sends that same email and a return address to Polsia.

Polsia’s supported payment service hosts checkout and subscription management and processes the payment details entered there. Tallytwig does not receive or store card numbers or payment methods in this app. The app does not store subscription status in its customer database; it uses the status returned by Polsia to decide paid access for the matching verified account. Administrator and free beta permissions are stored separately and continue independently of subscription status. Polsia and its payment processor handle billing information under their applicable privacy terms; billing retention periods are not set by this app.
